Delice is a vibrant city centre Bistro & cafe

in the heart of Brighton's North Laine...


... and as an independently owned establishment we aim at delivering freshly prepared food, locally sourced when possible, whilst reconciling English & French cuisine through a generous yet inexpensive menu.

Our inspiration comes from traditional Parisian cafés, where great but simple food is served all day and the atmosphere changes into a warm and informal place in the evenings, where you can simply have an aperitif, some great cheeses and wines, or indulge in a home cooked three course meal.

Our day menu offers a selection of cooked breakfasts and pastries baked on the premises, light bites, homemade cakes and simple classic dishes, and our fully trained baristas will ensure that your coffee is served just right.

Open in the evenings over the week end, Délice also offers an extensive Wine selection to accompany our great Bistro menu.

Delice is also available for tailor made private party and large dinner group

A set menu is also offer for quick lunch and pre theatre from 12 to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 12 to 6:30 Friday and Saturday.

Delice provide an exciting and ever-changing wine list for all wine enthusiasts new and old who will suit every wallet.

We offer a list of over 100 red & white wines from all around the world, with a good selection of wine by the glass.

Private party in Delice Cafe, Bistro &Wine

For private parties or large group reservation up to 80 guests book our 2 floor Bistro or just a large table. Menus and theme of your choice can be specially created for you and your friends to enjoy. For more information contact us.

For a less informal party our upstair floor is available where we can organise all sort of tailor made party such as drink reception, Buffet, Canapes...
